Question

Good morning forum members, I have a question that goes out to anyone.  I am a manufacturer of vegan gluten free products, and I am hitting a roadblock on what to create next.  I am looking for some guidance and ideas that can inspire me for the next cool vegan burger, not necessarily a beyond or impossible style of meat patty, but rather a flavor profile that you'all feel is worthy of mention.

I would appreciate your help in un-sticking my wheels!
