    I agree with all of the above, and would add another category of mission-based businesses who address a social justice issue, and/or clean label companies!

    Definiltey more e-commerce. Here in Canada, shipping costs have the barrier to fully adopting an online platform, but the pandemic forced businesses to figure it out on the fly. Since in some cases the only way their loyal customers would be able to procure their products was to buy online and have it shipped, so many businesses stepped up to the challenge!
