[REGULATORY UPDATE WEBINAR] Food Ingredient Bans

In September, the California Senate passed the California Food Safety Act, which bans four food additives currently permitted in foods by the FDA. Governor Newsom has until October 14 to sign the bill. If it becomes law, the ban would go into effect on January 1, 2027. New York has also proposed a similar bill.
