Calling all early-stage food entrepreneurs! Enroll in the Maker Prep Course to get a six-month immersive education in running a specialty food business.  
With the first group (Class of Winter 2025) kicking off their program at the 2024 Summer Fancy Food Show and “graduating” at the 2025 Winter Fancy Food Show, the new Maker Prep Course provides foundational knowledge and guidance to a diverse Class of up and coming food manufacturers through in-person and online learning and collaboration. 
Each participant will, by graduation, have a comprehensive understanding of how to launch, market, and distribute their products. 
What’s the timeline of the Course? 
June 23, 2024 – January 21, 2025.  
The Class of Winter 2025 will begin their course in-person at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, starting June 23, 2024. Online learning, collaboration, and coaching will occur from July 2024 through early January 2025. The Class will then come together again for graduation at the next Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas, starting January 19, 2025. 
What’s included in the Course fee? 
One-year Tier 1 manufacturer membership Badges for the 2024 Summer Fancy Food Show and 2025 Winter Fancy Food Show   Dedicated educational sessions at the 2024 Summer Fancy Food Show  Course touchpoints:
