We have just received legal prosecution papers from an Arizona Law Firm filed in Riverside County for a violation of the California "Unruh" Civil Rights Act for our retail website www.thescottishgrocer.com. The Plaintiff (blind) claims that they were unable to full access our website as it is not up to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
Damages are set at $4000 per violation for each and every instance.
I would welcome an feedback from those who may have experienced this.
