Sally - we have two different EDI integration to ShipStation (which is then integrated to our Quick Books platform) so the team is alerted to new POs as they come in and they can get approved an pushed to the fulfillment center. It has been set up for a few years and I'm not sure any of our team members that set up are still here, but hopefully that provides a little bit more info!   2. 100% agree with Sarah's comment - especially about having some VIP gift sets, etc. And, I would really reinforce that it should be very easy to prep and distribute to people if it isn't prepackaged for sampling. The last think you want is for a few key buyers to be at your booth and the team has its head down prepping samples, etc. The easier the better!
  3. Differentiated (from the mainstream version of the product) Unique ingredients (Maybe) limited availability / scarce or harder to source Emerging flavors / products / trends
  4. Mushrooms as an ingredient Global flavors (on their own and as a part of other products) New takes on chips / snacking
  5. Renay - I would also look at your distributor agreement to see if they have a communication policy regarding price changes, i.e. lead times, etc.
