HI Stacy, It's somewhat difficult to provide a solid lead without knowing your regional preference (for distribution or 3PL hold,) projected volumes or required certifications. Particularly for baked goods, where your co-packer tolling may be charged per pound or per unit, having a clear sense of production targets per unique SKU will greatly facilitate any conversation with a copacker. Additionally, if you're looking for a DEDICATED gluten free and nut free facility, that narrows choices quite a bit. That said, there are a few great copackers I can point you towards.

ZoRoCo Packaging is a full service copacker with a ton of packout options for GF baked goods. They run a fully free-from plant. Link to their website and contact, here:https://www.zorocopackaging.com/copy-of-packaging-capabilities

Gramercy Bakery is a dedicated gluten free facility located in Vegas. If you're attending Fancy Food in February, perhaps you can set up an in-person conversation to meet their team. http://www.gramercybakery.com/services-1

The Greater Knead operates a dedicated free-from bakery in PA. Link to contact here: https://www.thegreaterknead.com/pages/allergen-free-copacking

Hope this helps start a productive search, Stacy.

Best,

Victoria
