[REGULATORY UPDATE WEBINAR] FDA's Draft Guidance for Evaluating Food Allergens other than Major Allergens

Event details

Wednesday, June 1 at 1pm ET

Although the FDA currently designates eight categories of food as Major Allergens, they have indicated more than 160 foods that are known to cause allergic reactions in consumers. In April 2022, the FDA released a draft framework to consider additional food allergens of public health importance. Join Jeni Lamb Rogers as she discusses the draft guidance, timeline for the submission of comments, and what you should know about the FDA's shifting approach to evaluating health risks from food allergens.
