Bean to Bar Chocolate “I'm looking for information and statistics regarding bean to bar chocolate and it's market share. Are there any reports available?”

Co Packer NYC Area “We're looking for a co packer a little closer to home to handle our organic mustard and ketchup sku's. The ketchup is hot fill and the mustard is cold fill.”

Specialty Condiment Broker East Coast “We produce specialty sauces and condiments and looking to expand in the New Jersey / New York vicinity and looking for a broker as well as small distributor seasoned in these areas.”

Custom Flavored Sugar Cubes “Wondering if anyone out there in the specialty food-iverse make and supply custom flavored sugar cubes, or can recommend a supplier? Been looking everywhere, but no luck.”

Co-Packer Recommendation/Referrals “We are seeking co-packers/co-manufacturers with capabilities per below and want to reach out to this esteemed group for any guidance/recommendations.”

This Week in the SFA Blog
The SFA Blog offers thought leadership on business and industry topics, guides, and more. From this week:

A Case Study: David Vs. Goliath, How E-Commerce Leveled the Playing Field for Us “As David, our company has found a way to make our mark in the category against the Goliaths that have been around for much longer and enjoy deeper pockets.  By receiving increasing numbers of online reviews and fostering a growing online community, we are creating a passionate, engaged consumer base that will look for our products not only on an e-commerce website, but also in their local grocery store.” In this week’s post to the SFA Blog, Association member Michele Silbey offers a case study on how e-commerce helped her business grow. You are encouraged to join the associated discussion in the Q&A Forum with your related questions, experience, and advice.

And finally, as always, a very warm welcome to those of you who registered this week! It's wonderful to have you here, and we look forward to seeing your questions and insight in the forums.

That’s about it for now. Have a good weekend, everyone!
